旅が進みませんMy journey is not moving
この旅は、歩かないと進みません。 一キロ歩くと街道を二里進みます。歩かなかった日は、旅も止まります。
進まないときは、「モーションとフィットネス」の許可をご確認ください。iPhone の 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → モーションとフィットネス です。
また、歩数計が答えられるのは直近7日ぶんまでです。一週間以上アプリを開かないと、その間は0として記録されます。歩いたことにはできません。This journey only advances when you walk. One kilometre walked moves you two ri along the highway. On a day you do not walk, the journey does not move.
If it still will not move, check the Motion & Fitness permission: Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness.
The pedometer can only answer for the last 7 days. If you do not open the app for over a week, that gap is recorded as zero. It cannot be counted as walked.

日本橋から半径40キロの内側は、現在も江戸も、すべてご覧いただけます。江戸の旅人の一日ぶんの道のりです。東海道なら戸塚の先まで歩けます。
その外側は靄がかかっていて、朱の線が境目です。Everything within 40 kilometres of Nihonbashi is open, in both eras — one day's walk for an Edo traveller. On the Tōkaidō you get past Totsuka.
Outside it the map is under mist, and the vermilion line is the boundary.

返金は Apple がお受けしています（reportaproblem.apple.com）。こちらでは手続きできません。A one-time ¥1,000 purchase. There is no subscription. Buy once and the whole country opens.
On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the barrier card. With the same Apple Account there is nothing more to pay.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot process them here.
天気が地図に出ませんThe weather is not showing
天気は気象庁の実況とつないでいます。取りに行けなかったときは、黙って消します。
推測で「晴れ」を描くと、本当は降っているのに晴れに見えてしまうからです。分からないものは描かないという決まりです。
通信できる場所でしばらく開いておくと、出てきます。The weather is tied to the Japan Meteorological Agency's live observations. When it cannot be fetched, it is simply removed.
Drawing “clear” from an empty field would show sunshine over real rain. What is unknown is not drawn.
Leave the app open somewhere with a connection and it will appear.
浮世絵がひらきませんA print will not open
江戸の浮世絵だけは、行って、その時刻に、門をくぐらないと手に入りません。
昼は芝居町（上演中のあいだ）で写楽が一枚、夜は吉原（夜見世のあいだ）で歌麿が一枚。
それぞれ一日一枚、合わせて一日二枚までです。その日の分を使い切ったら、次の日までお待ちください。
東海道の絵は別で、その宿場に着けば手に入ります。The Edo prints are the exception: you have to be there, at the right hour, and go through the gate.
By day, the theatre quarter (while the play is on) opens a Sharaku. By night, Yoshiwara (after dark) opens an Utamaro.
One from each per day, two a day at most. Once the day's are used, the next wait for tomorrow.
The Tōkaidō prints are different — reach the post town and the sheet is yours.
「周辺を見る」が出ないところがあります“Look around” is missing in some places
その道がまだ撮影されていないということです。撮影されているかどうかをこちらの表で持たず、開いたその場で確かめています。
東海道でいえば、東京・神奈川・京都はよく揃っていますが、揃っていない県もあります。「上空から」と「地図」は、どこでも出ます。It means that street has not been photographed yet. We do not keep a list of what is covered — the app checks at the moment you open the card.
Along the Tōkaidō, Tokyo, Kanagawa and Kyoto are well covered; other prefectures are not. “From above” and “Map” work everywhere.
灯台が52基しかありませんOnly 52 lighthouses
国土地理院の地図記号は全国に470ありますが、記号に名前が入っていません。
名前も灯質（光る間隔と色）も分からないものは、光らせていません。残りが無いのではなく、こちらが知らないだけです。
推測で光らせると、それは嘘になります。The national map carries 470 lighthouse symbols, but the symbols hold no names.
What has no name and no characteristic — the interval and colour it flashes — is not lit. The rest are not absent; we simply do not know them.
Lighting them by guesswork would be a lie.
記録が消えましたMy records are gone
押したものの記録も、旅の進みも、浮世絵帖も、すべてお使いの端末の中だけにあります。 こちらのサーバーには何もありません。
そのため、アプリを削除すると記録も一緒に消えます。 iPhone 全体のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ）には含まれますので、そこからお戻しいただくことはできます。Your discoveries, your journey and your print album live only on your device. There is no server here holding anything.
So deleting the app deletes the records with it. They are included in a full iPhone backup (iCloud Backup), and can be restored from there.

英語で使えますかCan I use it in English?
はい。画面の言葉は英語になります。ただし、藩名・宿場名・祭りの名前・文化財の名前は日本語のままです。長い解説文も日本語のものがあります。これらは正式な名前で、勝手な訳を当てると別のものになってしまうためです。iPhone の翻訳機能で、その場で読めます。Yes — the interface is in English. However, the names of domains, post towns, festivals and cultural properties stay in Japanese, and some longer notes are Japanese too. These are the official names; inventing translations would make them something else. Your iPhone's built-in translation reads them where they stand.
